The Bullet Falcon is a custom Triumph motorcycle, that started life as a derelict frame and pre-unit engine of a 1950 Triumph Thunderbird.

The license plate bracket is an original design made to accommodate this vintage brass lucas tail light. The handlebar shape was designed to contour the gas tank during a hard turn.

The frame was stretched 4" for a longer stance. The wheels are 21" up front and 19" at the rear.

The handlebars and levers were hand carved from solid rounds of stainless steel.

The inverted levers were fabricated in house to eliminate external cable mounting apparatus and provide better leverage, especially for the clutch side pictured here.

The tank was sectioned and the rear portion of the tank was refabricated in stainless steel in order to leave the dart visible at the tank mount.

Natural suspension was created by adapting the leaf spring from a 1940's tractor to support the hand made seat.

There are dozens of hand sculpted pieces on the Bullet. This one is a doweled index mount made out of Aluminum that secures the primary drive plate on the opposite side of the bike.

This is a TriCor inspired lever for toe and heel shifting. This was fabricated and adapted to the rear of the frame for a more aggressive riding position consistent with a boardtrack racer. When someone asks "one down, three up?", you can say "three down, three down"

The battery box and bolts were hand made from Aluminum.

The light switch and housing was machined to fit the conveniently located sidecar loop.

Our pinstriping design was executed by master pinstriper, Bill Marygold. The center fender mount was hand made out of stainless steel.

The brake adjuster was sculpted and machined from a solid piece of reclaimed brass.

The front brake stay was hand shaped from a solid piece of Aluminum.

The wire guide and mount was hand made out of copper, then brazed together.

The stainless exhaust pipes were hand made, inspired by the Vincent Black Shadow.  Unlike the two piece vincent pipes, these pipes are one uninterrupted piece.

The engine was upgraded from 650cc to 750cc with a solid Aluminum big bore kit specifically made for this machine. A later Bonneville head was used to take advantage of dual carburetors and the improved heat displacement Aluminum provides. The engine was completey built from the ground up starting, with two very neglected engine cases.
